Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Ed joined Hawk-Eye in 2008. He ran the Cricket business from 2012 before switching focus to manage the Development team in 2015. Despite having spent most of his career analysing Cricket, his stock ball is still a googly.
Managing Director North America
James joined Hawk-Eye in 2007. Before moving to New York he spent most of his time on the cricket and creative sides of the business. Despite his best efforts a Yankie twang is starting to develop!
Managing Director of Australasia
Alex joined Hawk-Eye in 2016 and manages the Australian business. His enthusiasm for triathlons doesn't reflect his success with them.
Support Services Director
Amy joined us in 2015 and is responsible for all the support function departments of the business including marketing, recruitment, HR, compliance and logistics.
Director of SMART Replay
Kit joined in '09 before leaving to design buildings in a desert. Having learned to build upon rock rather than sand he has returned to lead our SMART Product services.
Mat joined the company in 2004, forming part of the original Hawk-Eye development team. He now manages the software team, while also finding time to perfect his golf swing. 11 years on and he is still trying.
Laurence began on the tennis in 2009 before moving over to the football business 4 years later. In his spare time, he likes to ride motorbikes and jump out of planes.
Andy has been with the company since 2007. He manages the development, delivery & maintenance of all Hawk-Eye’s hardware technology and IT infrastructure.
Research & Development Manager
Tony joined the company in 2007 and has developed Hawk-Eye's core tracking technology in numerous sports. He loves running and despite hitting a milestone birthday recently, is still striving for PBs.
Director of Cricket
Lawrence joined the company in 2012 and after spending 3 years following the sun around the world watching cricket he is now enjoying being able to run the day to day business of cricket from not-so-sunny Basingstoke.
Director of Tennis - Electronic Line Calling
Joining the company in 2011, Sam worked on cricket before managing operations in Australia. He now runs the Electronic Line Calling side of tennis back in the UK.
Director of Tennis - Broadcast
Despite football being his passion, Peter joined the Hawk-Eye tennis team in 2008. He now manages the broadcast side of the tennis business. He is the company’s resident Northern Irishman, but doesn’t drink Guinness!
Director of Football
Lee began as a tennis placement student in 2010. After graduating in 2013, he returned to work for the Football department and was based in Milan in 2015 leading Hawk-Eye's Italian operations. In his spare time, Lee plays international Futsal for Wales (UEFA and FIFA recognised version of 5-a-side football).
